What is the Brew Run By Atomic?

It’s an eco-minded, fresh coffee delivery service, by Atomic Coffee Roasters.  Order coffee via the Brew Run app and we’ll deliver freshly roasted Atomic coffee in reusable canisters to your door. When we deliver your next order, we’ll collect your empties, wash and refill. This way, we help reduce packaging waste.

How do I download the web-based app?

Tap on the ‘download’ symbol on your browser then tap ‘add to home screen’.  This option is only available on some devices & browsers.

Can I pay for my Brew Run coffee with a bank transfer?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer that option at this stage, only credit card.

How do I know if I am in zone for Brew Run?

Check our map on the micro-site to see if you are in the zone. Currently, we deliver to most homes and businesses in the following areas: Kingsland, Mount Eden, Eden Terrace, Mount Albert, Sandringham, Point Chevalier, Western Springs, Ponsonby, Herne Bay, Westmere, Grey Lynn, & parts of Newton, Freeman’s Bay and Saint Mary’s Bay.

I can’t save the app to my home screen, how do I save it?

If you can’t save the web-based app to your home screen, then you can add the app as a bookmark or favourite in your preferred web browser.

What are the delivery times for the Brew Run?

We are out on the road delivering coffee from 12pm, Monday – Friday. No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

How does the reusable canister system work?

At Brew Run, we use reusable canisters, so we create less packaging waste. We’ll charge you $3 for your first canister, and you’ll only pay that once if you return your canister to be refilled. In the Brew Run app, tell us how many canisters you have to return, then put them out for collection. We’ll collect your empties when we deliver your next coffee order & your Brew Run account will be credited $3 for every returned canister.

Is the Brew Run app secure for my credit card payment details?

Yes, we use STRIPE for secure payment processing.

What is the cut off time for next weekday delivery?

Order before 10:30am, Monday to Friday and receive your order in the afternoon of the same day.

How do I know my coffee has been delivered?

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your coffees or coffee has been safely delivered, with an attached picture showing where the canisters have been dropped off.

How does the ‘pay as you go’ subscription work?

To make ordering even easier, you can opt for a ‘pay as you go’ coffee subscription set to a delivery frequency that works for you – weekly, fortnightly, monthly.

You’ll receive an email the night before, to let you know your order is on its way.  Put your empties out for collection and we’ll collect and credit as normal, as part of subscription process. 

Your order will be dispatch on the day of your initial order.  For example, if you initial order is placed before 10:30am on a Monday, you’ll always receive your subsequent coffee orders on the Monday afternoon.
